The MATERIAL MOM persevered, and is being allowed to adopt little MERCY JAMES from MALAWI ! The country’s HIGH COURT felt MADONNA’S continued support of MALAWI’S orphans warranted waiving the 18 month residency requirement that the LOWER COURT used to deny the adoption.

WE’VE known MADONNA since HER street days back in NY City, and SHE’S nothing if not determined. WE knew this would all work out in HER favor eventually.

Can you imagine if it hadn’t worked out, and MERCY JAMES became an adult and found out she’d been kept in poverty rather than being allowed to be adopted by the world’s MOST FAMOUS woman???? Talk about PISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSED!!!!!!!

Of course as much as WE adore OUR old chum MADONNA, WE’RE not quite sure WE’D want to be raised by HER!!!!!

MADONNA IS A GODDESS in OUR opinion. WE recall being in the front row at HER CONFESSIONS tour stop in Phoenix, and being totally blown away by the sheer brilliance of HER show. Of course WE’VE seen ALL MADONNA’S tours, including STICKY AND SWEET, and each was wildly dazzling, but it was with CONFESSIONS that WE feel SHE presented HER MOST magnificent work.
